She is the owner of “The Action Nation” a Business and Life Management Firm who empowers leaders to Aim. Act. and Accomplish!

She has over 20 years in exhibits management, event planning and decorating experience.  She is the owner of Creations by Antoinette, a full-service event decorating company that has been successfully serving the Southern California area since 1991.  With creative time management, she also teaches decorating classes in various states.

Antoinette is also founder of Women Encouraging Women, a network of over 100 women that meets monthly to uplift, empower and encourage and each other to meet their personal potential.
